ServerHW Rules

1. Nature of the platform
ServerHW is an information matching board for server hardware (WTS / WTB). We do not broker deals, hold funds, or guarantee authenticity, quantity, condition, or payment safety.

2. Membership
• Browse the feed: open to visitors (contacts hidden)
• Publish, view contacts, keyword alerts: verified members only (company profile approved)
• We may ask for company name, license or website, and a contact person; slots and fees are announced on the site
• Fake profiles / multiple accounts on one license are not allowed

3. Publishing
• Verified members have a daily post limit (Beijing time; lower for the first few days)
• Do not put phone, WeChat, WhatsApp, email, or URLs inside a listing; contacts belong in your member profile only
• Illegal or controlled goods and clearly fake offers will be removed; serious abuse may lose membership or be banned

4. Listing lifetime
• Last 30 days: main feed
• Days 31–180: archive (searchable)
• Older than 180 days: removed

5. Consign / proxy listings
If you prefer not to join as a paid member but have strong stock, you may request platform consign (free, limited per month, admin review). These posts are marked “Consign”; seller contacts are not shown. Interested verified members reach the seller via the admin. Consign is not free membership and does not replace member benefits.

6. Trading tips
Prefer small trial orders, inspect before large deals, and use company bank transfers when possible. You assess counterparty risk yourself.

7. Contact
For rules or membership review, contact the admin via your account or the email published on the site.
Rules may be updated; material changes will be noted on the site.

Verified membership benefits

Fee: CNY 1,800 / year if you pay in RMB, or USD 300 / year if you pay in USD (e.g. PayPal). Same membership either way.
Term: 12 months from the day payment is confirmed.

What you get

1. Site member features

  • View contact details left on listings by other verified members (WeChat, phone, etc.)
  • Publish sell / buy listings yourself
  • Use keyword alerts and other member features

Guests can see public fields (price, specs, etc.) but not other people’s contacts.

2. Three introductions per year

During your term you may request up to 3 platform-assisted introductions, for example:

  • Consign-related leads where we can make an introduction
  • Matching buyers or stock we find off-site for the same kind of product

One count = we complete one effective introduction (e.g. both sides add WeChat, or both agree to connect). Scheduling is handled by the platform case by case.

3. We try to promote your supply / demand

We may promote member listings via short video, communities, or offline channels so more people can reach you. What we promote is up to the platform: we do not promise every listing is pushed, or that a push will bring inquiries. Please post clear listings yourself—more detail usually means more exposure.

We help you reach customers or stock (traffic + introductions).

Whether a deal closes depends on your product, price, communication, and after-sales. We do not guarantee deals, and we do not take part in your contracts, payments, or after-sales.

Authenticity and negotiation are between you and the other party.

About us

We have worked in server memory and related parts in Shenzhen for years and know the supply chain. We also run internet promotion, aiming to put supply and demand in the open and reduce information gaps.

Register → pay on the membership payment page → we confirm payment and activate verified membership.

Price & tax

If a listing does not state otherwise, treat the price as excluding tax. Sellers should note tax-inclusive / exclusive (and invoice needs) in the listing notes. The final terms are whatever both parties confirm.

Compliance & export controls

ServerHW is an information matching platform only. We do not participate in transactions, logistics, customs clearance, or licensing.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings and any deals comply with all applicable laws, including export controls, dual-use rules, and sanctions. Do not post or seek illegal or controlled goods in violation of law.

We may remove listings and suspend accounts for violations. Platform action does not replace your own legal duties.
